Bentley Grange is an Extra Care housing scheme in Hailsham, East Sussex, exclusively for people aged 60 and over. Built in 2014, the scheme consists of 18 one-bedroom apartments and 27 two-bedroom apartments for rent and shared equity purchase.
Facilities on-site include a restaurant, where a freshly prepared meal is served daily as part of the extra care package, hairdressing salon, quiet room with computer suite, lift, mobility scooter storage, an activity room, as well as two lounges where you can enjoy the company of others.
Thoughtfully designed with residents in mind, our range of apartments are neutrally decorated and carpeted. Vinyl floors are fitted in the kitchen and en-suite wet room, which feature level-access showers and easy-grip lever taps.
To aid mobility, plug sockets are positioned at waist height. Apartments also feature fitted kitchens, complete with a built-in oven, hob and extractor hood.
